"hope you?re vaccinated and okay with dirty work for low pay"
Pros
the only real perk was the free black card membership
Cons
Cleaning up after gym-goers can be gross?think feces, vomit, blood, and sweat. Some members are rude and disrespectful.
General Comments

"Rough and tough and not worth my time."
Pros
you get the chance to hire your own staff, which is pretty cool
Cons
Poor communication from HR. Club managers are micromanaged, expected to handle multiple locations without extra pay, and blamed for maintenance issues beyond their control. High turnover, no work-life balance, and little room for advancement.
General Comments
Improve structure of the manager role so managers are not over worked and are properly compensated.
Ensure that the HR department is prompt in dealing with employee accusations

"just so-so"
Pros
free membership, plus you can gift one to someone, and super flexible scheduling
Cons
The location I worked at really needed stronger, more organized management.
General Comments
Talk to the employees away from the manager individually cuz at least when I was there everyone was scared to bring something up about the manager cuz they thought it would create a hostile work environment
